The Cameras are already being used in Middlesbrough where control staff can monitor anti-social behaviour and warn offenders over the loadspeakers. The talking CCTV cameras have proven to be highly affective combating general misbehavior and littering and a further £5000,00 is due to be spent adding the loadspeakers to existing CCTV cameras.
